AIGA Eye on Design turns a well trained eye on the best new work from the world’s leading emerging and established designers. We love design, and try to do it justice without taking it all too seriously.

Eye on Design is published as part of AIGA, the professional association for design, the oldest and largest not-for-profit membership organization for design in the United States—with 71 chapters and more than 26,000 members.

Ever since he was 15, Spanish-born Jose Arroyo knew he wanted to be a graphic designer. After completing his degree from Escuela Superior de Arte del Principado de Asturias (ESAPA), he began working with his professor, friend, and, eventually, boss, Jorge Lorenzo, a job he held for three years. However, his desire grow both professionally and personally inspired his move to Barcelona, a city that has quickly become his second home. Currently, he's pursuing a Master’s degree branding at the Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (ELISAVA) while continuing to work on freelance design projects.
