AIGA Eye on Design turns a well trained eye on the best new work from the world’s leading emerging and established designers. We love design, and try to do it justice without taking it all too seriously.

Eye on Design is published as part of AIGA, the professional association for design, the oldest and largest not-for-profit membership organization for design in the United States—with 71 chapters and more than 26,000 members.

The Poster Boys are Brandon Schaefer and Sam Smith, two designers who sit down for a monthly conversation celebrating different areas of design history. Their podcast has explored the work and legacies of Saul Bass, Bob Gill, Paul Rand, Hans Hillmann, and the Polish Poster School, among others. Schaefer and Smith design poster art for clients such as The Criterion Collection, A24, IFCFilms, Oscilloscope, Mondo, Drafthouse Films, Death Waltz Recording Company, The New York Times, and Janus Films. Follow along with each episode on The Poster Boys’ Tumblr, where you can view all relevant imagery and hear past episodes. Subscribe to the podcast on iTunes.
